EBL Stripe Error Due to Substrate Tilt or Misalignment

This diagnostic determines if sample topography or mounting issues are forcing the beam to deflect beyond its calibrated range. To confirm, use the system's Height Mapping or Surface Scan feature to measure the vertical variation across the writing area. If the variation exceeds the tool's Depth of Field or causes the beam to compensate with extreme deflection angles, the system will register a 'deflection out of range' error to protect against beam distortion.
