To confirm bed adhesion failure as the cause, inspect the base of the failed print and the print surface. Evidence includes a clean bottom surface of the print with no residual filament squish, or visible grease/oil contamination on the Spring Steel Sheet. Check the Live-Z offset for signs of improper height, such as rounded, non-flattened filament lines on the first layer.
