AC Blowing Hot Due to Stuck Blend Door Actuator

A stuck blend door actuator can be diagnosed by cycling the temperature control from full cold to full hot while listening for mechanical movement behind the dashboard. If the air temperature does not change or shift toward the heater core's output as the dial is moved, the actuator is likely failing to move the air-mixing door to the cold position.
