SRAM AXS Electronic Shifting Unresponsive

To confirm an AXS electronic shifting issue, first press the AXS button on the derailleur and observe the LED indicator. A green light confirms charge, while red or no light indicates a power issue. If the derailleur is powered but fails to respond to input, verify the controller (shifter) by checking the CR2032 battery and ensuring the components have been woken from their 30-second sleep mode. Finally, attempt to manually trigger a shift by clicking the derailleur's AXS button; if the motor moves, the derailleur hardware is functional, and the issue lies within the wireless signal or controller pairing.
