Interface Language Change Due to Priority Misalignment

Check the system Language and Region settings to determine if multiple languages are installed with conflicting priorities. Examine if the operating system is defaulting to the base locale because of a missing or corrupted language pack for your preferred language. Verify if applications are inheriting the system display language rather than using their own internal language hooks.
