The SW900 display contains an internal electronic switch that bridges the main battery voltage (Red wire) to the ignition signal line (Blue wire) when the power button is pressed. If this internal switching component fails, the display may remain powered by the main line, but it will fail to send the required 'wake-up' signal to the controller. This results in the controller remaining in a standby state, preventing the entire system from activating despite the display receiving main power.
