The TPMS Tire Inflation Pressure Sensor’s Battery is Dead

As part of the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), in the wheels, together with the air valves there are tire pressure inflation sensors. These sensors operate with batteries that last for years but they will eventually die and the TPMS will no longer function with the wheel that has the battery dead. The vehicle may the trigger a warning in the dashboard "Tire Pressure Monitor Service Required".
