Identify this cause by performing a full power cycle. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for at least one minute (up to 10 minutes) to allow internal capacitors to discharge. If the TV functions normally immediately after reconnection but later fails to shut down again, the internal power management controller is experiencing an intermittent software or electrical fault.
