Electrical or mechanical issues within the motor assembly can prevent smooth drum rotation, triggering an overload sensor. To diagnose, inspect the stator and rotor at the base of the machine for physical damage, such as cracked plastic housings or loose mounting bolts. Additionally, check the Rotor Position Sensor (RPS) wiring harness for signs of corrosion or disconnection.
