Poor Surface Finish Due to Excessive Filament Path Friction

Check for excessive resistance by manually pulling the TPU filament through the feed path while the printer is cold. Observe if the filament stretches, slips, or requires significant force to move. Inspect the spool holder and any remaining segments of the path for tight bends or binding points that inhibit smooth material flow.
