Oven Not Heating Due to Failed Temperature Sensor

If the oven cycles erratically or fails to reach the set temperature, the internal temperature sensor (thermistor) may be providing incorrect resistance data to the control board. To diagnose, disconnect power and use a multimeter to measure the resistance across the sensor terminals; a functional sensor typically reads approximately 1,080 ohms at room temperature.
