An incorrect orientation setting causes the flight controller to misinterpret physical movement. Confirm this by connecting the drone to configuration software and observing the 3D model. Tilt the physical drone forward, backward, left, and right; if the 3D model on the screen does not move in perfect synchronization with the actual drone, the board alignment or yaw offset settings are incorrect.
