Stark Varg is Not Charging Because it's Off

For the Stark Varg to start charging it must be either:

• In Standby (LED flashing red every few seconds);

• In Neutral (LED flashing green);

• Engaged (LED solid green).

If the indicator LED is off, it means that the Stark Varg is off.
