Confirm this issue by inspecting the filament path between the extruder gears and the nozzle entry. Check for a gap between the PTFE tube and the nozzle by removing the nozzle while hot and observing if the PTFE tube is seated flush. If the filament is deformed or bunched up inside the extruder housing, it confirms that the column strength of the 70A TPU is insufficient for the current path resistance.
