Resin viscosity is highly sensitive to ambient temperature. This cause can be identified by verifying the environment where the printer is stored and operated. If the ambient temperature is outside the specified range of 18–28 °C (64–82 °F), the resin may become too thick for the pump and bite valve system to dispense efficiently. Confirmation is achieved by checking the local room temperature with a calibrated thermometer.
