Observe the external flux bands surrounding the vehicle during high-speed operation. If the vehicle reaches the 88 mph threshold but fails to emit the characteristic blue Cherenkov radiation or initiate the temporal displacement field, the flux dispersal coils are not oscillating at the required frequency.
