Inspect the printed model for signs of curled edges or upward-warped overhangs. Observe the toolhead during high-speed travel moves; if the nozzle strikes a curled section of the model, it can exert enough force to shear the part from the build plate. Confirm this by checking the print surface for dislodged objects and comparing the physical geometry of the failed print against the slicer preview to identify aggressive overhangs that may have curled during the cooling process.
