Alfen Error 102 Due to External Power Supply Fault

This cause involves insufficient or missing voltage arriving at the charging station, preventing the internal relays from safely engaging. To diagnose, measure the incoming voltage at the power board and socket board terminals using a multimeter. If the measured voltage is outside of the required operating range or completely absent, the fault originates from the building's electrical supply or an earth fault in the upstream circuit.
