Update System Firmware via Bluetooth App

If a hard power cycle does not resolve the logic lockup, forcing a firmware refresh via the mobile application can often clear corrupted communication protocols between the display and the mainboard.

1. Ensure your smartphone is within 5 feet of the AC200MAX and Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Open the BLUETTI app and establish a connection to your unit.
3. Navigate to the device settings menu and select the 'Firmware Update' option.
4. Check for any available updates for the BMS, ARM, or DSP modules.
5. Initiate the update process and keep the app open, ensuring the phone remains in range until the progress reaches 100% and the unit restarts automatically.
6. Once the unit reboots, test the touch screen AC/DC toggle buttons to see if functionality has been restored.
