Clear and Remove Debris from the Dyson Brush Bar

Safety Precaution: Before performing any maintenance, ensure the vacuum is powered off and disconnected from any power source, including the charger.

Tools Needed: A coin, and optionally, scissors or a seam ripper.

1. Locate the end cap on the side of the cleaner head.
2. Insert a coin into the slot on the end cap and rotate it anticlockwise until it unlocks.
3. Slide the brush bar out of the cleaner head housing.
4. Carefully remove all hair, fibers, or debris wrapped around the brush bar bristles and the spindle. Use scissors or a seam ripper to cut away tightly wrapped material if necessary.
5. Inspect the motor spindle inside the housing to ensure it is also clear of any tangled debris.
6. Reinsert the brush bar back into the cleaner head.
7. Replace the end cap and use the coin to rotate it clockwise until it locks into place.

Verification: Once reassembled, manually rotate the brush bar by hand to confirm it spins freely without resistance before reconnecting the power source.
