Bleed the Cooling System of the Stark Varg

The cooling system of the Stark Varg may have air trapped inside causing the cooling performance to decrease. Performing the bleeding of the cooling system will remove the air trapped inside.

1. Remove front bolts.

2. Remove rear center bolt.

3. Remove side bolts.

4. Remove the complete front spoiler.

5. Place the coolant recipient directly beneath the water pump location.

6. Wrap absorbent cloth of towel around the water pump area to absorb the spilled coolant.

7. Remove the radiator cap.

8. Untighten the 4 water pump flange screws by 1,5 turns - to create a 2 mm gap between the flange and the water pump housing (do not remove the screws completely).

9. Press the POWER button on the control switch to turn the bike ON.

10. Coolant will spill around the water pump and you should notice a difference in the sound of the water pump operating.

11. Press and hold the water pump flange against the water pump housing.

12. Torque all 4 water pump flange screws to 1.3 NM.

13. Refill the radiator up to the brim.

14. Tighten the radiator cap to 5 Nm.
