Repair the Electrical System Grounding Path

Safety Warning: This procedure involves high-voltage electrical systems. Only a qualified electrician should perform this work. Ensure the circuit breaker supplying power to the Wall Connector is turned off and locked out before proceeding.

  1. Inspect the electrical panel and all upstream junction boxes to ensure the ground wire is securely connected to the grounding bus bar.
  2. Verify that the ground wire is properly bonded to the neutral at the main service panel in accordance with local electrical codes.
  3. If a step-down transformer is utilized, confirm that the secondary side is correctly bonded to a grounding electrode system.
  4. Check the Wall Connector terminal block to ensure the ground wire is securely tightened to the chassis ground terminal.
  5. Restore power to the circuit breaker and observe the Wall Connector status light; the two-blink red error should cease once the system detects a valid, low-resistance ground path.
