Safety Warning: This procedure involves high-voltage electrical systems. Only a qualified electrician should perform this work. Ensure the circuit breaker supplying power to the Wall Connector is turned off and locked out before proceeding.
- Inspect the electrical panel and all upstream junction boxes to ensure the ground wire is securely connected to the grounding bus bar.
- Verify that the ground wire is properly bonded to the neutral at the main service panel in accordance with local electrical codes.
- If a step-down transformer is utilized, confirm that the secondary side is correctly bonded to a grounding electrode system.
- Check the Wall Connector terminal block to ensure the ground wire is securely tightened to the chassis ground terminal.
- Restore power to the circuit breaker and observe the Wall Connector status light; the two-blink red error should cease once the system detects a valid, low-resistance ground path.
