Increase Support Base Surface Area and Adhesion

To prevent support detachment caused by insufficient base contact, follow these steps to increase the footprint and adhesion in Bambu Studio:

1. Open your project in Bambu Studio and select the object requiring supports.
2. Navigate to the Support tab in the process settings.
3. Locate the Support/raft base section and enable Brim.
4. Set the Support brim width to 10mm–20mm to maximize the contact area with the build plate.
5. Thoroughly clean the build plate using warm water and dish soap to ensure the removal of all surface oils that inhibit adhesion.
6. Verify the fix by inspecting the first layer of the print; the support base should appear as a solid, flat disc with the brim fully bonded to the plate before the vertical structure begins to form.
