Clear and Inspect Microphone Ports

Follow these steps to remove obstructions from your Fairphone's microphone ports:

1. Remove the protective case from your Fairphone to ensure it is not covering any microphone ports.
2. Locate the microphone ports on the device frame (typically found at the bottom, top, and sides).
3. Use a clean, soft-bristled toothbrush to gently brush the microphone holes to dislodge any accumulated lint, dust, or debris.
4. Alternatively, use a small piece of painter's tape to gently lift debris out of the ports.
5. Once cleaned, perform a test call on loudspeaker mode to verify that the other party can clearly hear your voice.
