Replace the Stark Varg Control Switch

If the Control Switch is malfunctioning, it may have to be replaced.

1. Remove number plate bolt.

2. Remove number plate up and outward.

3. Work the brake line out of the brackets.

4. Remove junction box lid.

5. Loosen connectors.

6. Disconnect the plugs.

7. Remove rubber strap.

8. Hold switch and remove clamp bolt.

9. Remove the switch.

10. Hold new switch in place and tighten clamp bolt to 5 Nm.

11. Slide the cable through the triple clamp.

12. Connect the plugs.

13. Clip connectors onto the junction box.

14. Tighten junction box bolts.

15. Fit rubber strap.

16. Fit the brake line in the number plate brackets.

17. Slide the number plate in the front fender slots.

18. Tighten number plate bolt to 8 Nm.
