If the logic lockup persists after a standard reset, the internal Battery Management System (BMS) may require a full calibration cycle to resolve communication errors between the display and the control board.
- Connect the AC200MAX to a reliable AC wall outlet and charge the unit until the battery level reaches 100%.
- Once fully charged, leave the unit plugged into the AC source for an additional 2 hours to ensure the BMS balances the internal cells.
- Disconnect the charger and allow the unit to discharge naturally by powering a small, consistent load (such as a fan or LED light) until the battery level drops below 5%.
- Power the unit off completely and allow it to remain in an idle state for 30 minutes to ensure all internal capacitors are fully drained.
- Power the unit back on and check if the touchscreen control functionality has been restored.
