Perform a Full Capacity Calibration Cycle

If the logic lockup persists after a standard reset, the internal Battery Management System (BMS) may require a full calibration cycle to resolve communication errors between the display and the control board.

1. Connect the AC200MAX to a reliable AC wall outlet and charge the unit until the battery level reaches 100%.
2. Once fully charged, leave the unit plugged into the AC source for an additional 2 hours to ensure the BMS balances the internal cells.
3. Disconnect the charger and allow the unit to discharge naturally by powering a small, consistent load (such as a fan or LED light) until the battery level drops below 5%.
4. Power the unit off completely and allow it to remain in an idle state for 30 minutes to ensure all internal capacitors are fully drained.
5. Power the unit back on and check if the touchscreen control functionality has been restored.
