1. Locate the mounting bracket or nut under the sink deck using a flashlight. 2. Loosen the mounting hardware until the faucet has enough clearance to insert a small piece of plumber’s or emery cloth. 3. Place the cloth between the mounting bracket and the underside of the sink to increase friction and prevent slippage. 4. Tighten the mounting nut clockwise until the faucet is securely fixed against the deck. 5. Confirm the repair by operating the handle; the added grip should prevent the faucet from wobbling or rotating.
