1. Power off the A1 mini and disconnect the power cable. 2. Remove the access cover to expose the Y-axis motor pulley and belt. 3. Use a soft, dry brush or compressed air to remove any rubber dust or debris accumulated on the pulley teeth and the underside of the belt. 4. Inspect the pulley teeth for any lodged debris that could cause the belt to skip. 5. Wipe the belt path clean with a lint-free cloth. 6. Reassemble the printer components. 7. Move the heatbed manually to verify smooth operation without clicking or resistance.
