Repair Internal Leak and Reset Waterproof System

Safety Precautions: Turn off the water supply and disconnect the dishwasher from the electrical power source at the circuit breaker before beginning.

  1. Remove the dishwasher from the cabinetry to access the internal base pan.
  2. Use a sponge or wet-dry vacuum to remove all standing water from the base pan to allow the float switch to reset.
  3. Visually inspect all internal hoses, clamps, and the sump gasket for signs of degradation or loose connections.
  4. Tighten any loose clamps or replace damaged gaskets/hoses as necessary.
  5. Once the leak is repaired and the base is dry, restore power and water, then run a test cycle to ensure the F70 error is cleared.
