Perform a Soft Reset of the Infotainment System

This procedure resolves software conflicts within the Media Control Unit (MCU) by rebooting the infotainment system without affecting the vehicle's driving systems.

1. Ensure the vehicle is in Park (P) and is safely stopped.
2. Locate the two scroll buttons on either side of the steering wheel.
3. Press and hold both scroll buttons simultaneously.
4. Continue holding the buttons until the touchscreen turns completely black.
5. Release the buttons and wait approximately 30 seconds for the Tesla 'T' logo to appear on the screen, indicating the reboot process has initiated.
6. Verify the fix by confirming that the touchscreen interface becomes responsive and all system menus are accessible once the boot sequence completes.
