Correct the Maintenance Mode Boolean in Config.php

If maintenance mode remains active due to a configuration error, you must ensure the value is set as a raw boolean rather than a string.

1. Navigate to your Nextcloud root directory.
2. Open the file config/config.php in a text editor.
3. Locate the line 'maintenance' => ....
4. Change the value to 'maintenance' => false, (ensure there are no quotation marks around false).
5. Save the file and exit the editor.
6. Verify the fix by refreshing your Nextcloud web interface.
