Fabricate a Custom Wiring Harness Adapter

1. Procure a matching JST-XH or Molex connector kit that fits both the control board and the laser module sockets.

2. Cut the existing cable and strip the wire ends to expose the copper conductors.

3. Solder the wires to the new connectors, ensuring that the PWM signal wire from the board connects to the PWM input on the laser, and that the Ground wire is connected to a shared ground point.

4. Use heat-shrink tubing to insulate each individual solder joint to prevent electrical shorts.

5. Verify the wiring order matches the silk-screen labels on both components before powering the machine.
