Clean the Miele Inlet Hose Mesh Filter

Tools Needed: Adjustable wrench, small brush or toothbrush, bucket.

Safety Precautions: Ensure the appliance is powered off and the water supply faucet is completely closed before starting.

1. Place a bucket under the inlet hose connection to catch residual water.
2. Use the wrench to disconnect the inlet hose from the water faucet or the machine connection.
3. Remove the small mesh filter screen located inside the hose coupling using needle-nose pliers if necessary.
4. Gently scrub the filter screen under running water to remove all debris and sediment.
5. Reinsert the clean filter, reconnect the hose securely, and turn on the water supply.
6. Verify the fix by running a short test cycle to ensure the F12 error does not recur and the machine fills correctly.
