Build and Install umr from Source Code

1. Ensure your system has the necessary build dependencies installed (e.g., git, gcc, make, and libpci-dev).

2. Clone the official repository using 'git clone https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/tomstdenis/umr.git'.

3. Navigate into the directory using 'cd umr'.

4. Compile the source code by running 'make'.
