If the chamber lighting is sufficient but the AI still fails to detect spaghetti, the camera lens may be obscured by debris or printing fumes. Follow these steps:
- Power off the printer and allow the chamber to cool down.
- Locate the camera lens inside the printer enclosure.
- Gently wipe the lens surface using a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a Q-tip lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
- Ensure no streaks or residue remain on the lens, as these can cause light refraction and confuse the AI's detection algorithms.
- Power the printer back on and initiate a test print to verify if the AI detection performance has improved.
