Verify and Manually Rotate the Drain Pump Impeller

If the filter is clean but the F11 error persists, the pump impeller itself may be seized or obstructed internally.

1. Ensure the washing machine is powered off and the drain filter has been removed.
2. Reach into the pump housing and locate the small impeller blades.
3. Gently attempt to rotate the impeller with your finger or a non-metallic tool to check for resistance or mechanical seizure.
4. If the impeller is stuck, check for small debris (such as a coin or hairclip) wedged behind the blades that was not visible during the filter cleaning.
5. If the impeller does not rotate smoothly or feels gritty, the pump motor may be mechanically failing and require professional replacement.
