Here's how to replace a worn group head seal on your espresso machine:

1. Safety First: Unplug the espresso machine and allow it to cool completely.
2. Remove the Portafilter: Detach the portafilter from the group head.
3. Remove the Old Seal: Use a small, blunt tool (like a screwdriver or pick) to carefully pry out the old group head seal. Be careful not to scratch the group head.
4. Clean the Group Head: Thoroughly clean the area where the seal was located, removing any coffee grounds or debris.
5. Install the New Seal: Lubricate the new group head seal with food-grade silicone grease. Press the new seal firmly into place, ensuring it's properly seated and flush with the group head.
6. Reassemble and Test: Reattach the portafilter and run a brewing cycle to test for leaks. If necessary, repeat the seating process.
7. Tools Needed: Small screwdriver or pick, food-grade silicone grease, new group head seal (correct size for your machine model).
