If physical hardware checks have been ruled out, a firmware reinstallation can resolve persistent software-related reporting errors that cause the printer to misinterpret flow rates.

1. Navigate to the Formlabs support website and download the latest firmware package for the Form 4L.
2. Connect your printer to your computer via USB or ensure it is on the same local network.
3. Use PreForm software to manually trigger a firmware update/reinstall, even if the printer reports that it is currently up to date.
4. Allow the printer to complete the full reboot cycle after the installation is finished.
5. Attempt a test print to verify if the 1.9.11 error persists during the automated fill process.
