Replace the Damaged Radiator Assembly

Safety Precautions: Ensure the bike is powered off and the battery is at a low temperature. Wear protective gloves and eyewear.

Tools Needed: Metric socket set, flat-head screwdriver, new coolant (Stark-approved), and a catch pan.

  1. Place a catch pan under the radiator drain bolt and remove the bolt to fully drain the cooling system.
  2. Disconnect the hoses attached to the radiator, noting the orientation of the clamps.
  3. Unbolt the radiator from the mounting brackets on the frame.
  4. Install the new radiator and reconnect the hoses, ensuring all clamps are tightened to manufacturer-specified torque.
  5. Refill the system with the recommended coolant and perform the official Stark Varg bleeding procedure to purge any trapped air.
  6. Verify the fix by cycling the system and checking for leaks while the pump is active.
