Perform a Hard Power Cycle to Reset the HMI Logic

This procedure clears the internal volatile memory of the display controller to resolve logic lockups. Follow these steps precisely:

  1. Power off all devices currently connected to the AC and DC output ports of the AC200MAX.
  2. Switch off the AC and DC outputs using the Bluetti mobile application to ensure the inverter and DC circuits are safely disengaged.
  3. Turn off the AC200MAX unit completely by holding the power button until the screen goes black and all indicator lights are extinguished.
  4. Disconnect all input sources, including solar panels, AC wall charging cables, and vehicle charging cables.
  5. Leave the unit in this completely powered-down and disconnected state for a minimum of 12 hours. This duration allows the internal capacitors to fully discharge, which is required to force a hard reset of the HMI logic board.
  6. After the waiting period, reconnect the AC charging cable and power on the unit.
  7. Verify the fix by attempting to toggle the AC and DC output buttons directly on the touchscreen. If the screen responds, the HMI communication bridge has been successfully reset.

Safety Precaution: Ensure the unit is placed in a dry, well-ventilated area during the discharge period. Do not attempt to open the chassis, as this will void your warranty and expose you to high-voltage internal components.
