Replace the Suspension Rod Kit

Safety Precautions: Unplug the washing machine from the power source and turn off the water supply valves before beginning. Wear work gloves to protect against sharp metal edges inside the cabinet.

Tools Required: Putty knife, screwdriver, and a new OEM-compatible suspension rod kit.

1. Use a putty knife to release the two spring clips located in the gap between the top console and the front panel to tilt the top cabinet assembly back or remove it entirely.
2. Remove the four old suspension rods by lifting the tub slightly to release the tension and sliding the rod ends out of their mounting sockets on the base frame and the tub.
3. Install the four new suspension rods into the designated mounting positions, ensuring each rod is securely seated in both the base frame and the tub bracket.
4. Reassemble the cabinet, ensuring all panels are aligned and the spring clips are securely snapped back into place.
5. Plug the machine back in and run a test cycle with a standard load to verify that the tub no longer bounces excessively and the 'oL' error code is cleared.
