Remove the turntable rubber mat and lift the platter to expose the drive belt. Inspect the belt for signs of stretching, cracking, or complete liquefaction. If the belt has slipped off the motor pulley or is loose, it cannot transfer torque from the motor to the platter. Confirm this by checking if the motor pulley spins independently while the belt and platter remain stationary.
