Robot Vacuum Charging Failure Due to Dirty Charging Contacts

How to Clean the Charging Contacts and Docking Sensor Window | Roomba® i7+ | iRobot®

Accumulated dust, hair, or debris on the metal charging terminals of the robot or the docking station creates electrical resistance, preventing a successful connection. This is the most likely cause, confirmed by physically inspecting the metal contact surfaces on both the underside of the robot and the docking station for a visible layer of film or debris that obstructs metal-to-metal contact.
