Follow these steps to restore the electrical connection between your vacuum and the docking station:
Disconnect the docking station from the wall power outlet to ensure safety.
Locate the metal charging contacts on both the bottom or side of the vacuum and the corresponding contact points on the docking station.
Using a dry, clean cloth or a soft brush, gently wipe away any visible dust, hair, or debris from the metal surfaces of both the robot and the dock.
Do not use liquids, water, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the contacts.
Reconnect the docking station to the wall outlet.
Place the robot vacuum onto the docking station and verify that the charging indicator light illuminates or the device provides a voice prompt confirming the connection.
