Inspect the interface between the toothbrush handle and the charging base for physical obstructions. Check for hardened toothpaste residue, water-borne mineral deposits, or external debris that prevents the handle from making direct, flush contact with the charging surface. If the handle cannot sit level and secure on the base, the inductive charging connection is interrupted.
