Diagnose a nozzle clog by attempting a manual filament load or purge through the control menu. If the extruder motor clicks and no filament exits the nozzle, or if the filament emerges in a thin, inconsistent, or curled stream, the internal path of the nozzle is physically obstructed by carbonized material or solidified filament debris.
