Confirm this cause by checking the pressure of all four tires using a calibrated manual tire pressure gauge while the tires are 'cold' (parked for at least three hours). Compare the manual readings against the recommended PSI values listed on the tire information placard located on the driver-side door pillar. If the manual readings are significantly lower or higher than the placard values, the warning is triggered by the pressure deviation.
