BambuLab Issues Mid-Print due to SD Card Corruption

BambuLab Spaghetti Mid-Print

Confirm this cause by checking if the printer consistently freezes at specific percentages or reports a successful completion despite the print being visibly incomplete or prints in the air during a print that is successful so far. Test by attempting to print a different file from a new, high-quality, FAT32-formatted microSD card to see if the erratic behavior persists.

The video shows a case of repeatedly failing during a print process by moving the z axis to an incorrect position and printing in the air for the rest of the print program, creating a "spaghetti".
