Follow these steps to resolve file corruption issues causing mid-print interruptions:
Obtain a new, high-quality microSD card (Class 10 or UHS-I recommended) to ensure reliable data transfer.
Insert the new microSD card into your computer's card reader.
Format the card specifically to the FAT32 file system. Note: On Windows, use the 'Format' utility; on macOS, use 'Disk Utility' and select 'MS-DOS (FAT)'.
Eject the card safely from your computer.
Insert the freshly formatted card into the Bambu Lab printer's SD card slot.
Slice your desired print file again using the latest version of Bambu Studio.
Export the newly sliced G-code file directly to the new microSD card and initiate the print to verify that the freezing or premature completion errors are resolved.
