Human Knee Joint Mobility Issues

The knee is a complex weight-bearing joint responsible for flexion and extension. Normal physiological function allows for a range of motion between 135 and 155 degrees of flexion. Disruptions to this range of motion involve the interplay of cartilage, ligaments, synovial fluid, and surrounding musculature.
